Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to France, the entire European Union, and the United States.

Estimated delivery times

• France: 3 to 10 business days

• European Union: 5 to 15 business days

• United States: 10 to 20 business days

These timeframes include a safety margin. They are indicative only and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), or customs processing.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Taxes and customs duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, particularly to the United States, packages with a value under €80 are normally not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
However, in rare cases, fees (duties, local taxes, or processing fees applied by the carrier) may be requested upon delivery.
Any such fees remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping fees charged by BandzOn.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Liability
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, BandzOn cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transport. We will, however, assist you in opening a claim if necessary.
