Orders and confirmation
Any order placed on our online store constitutes an offer to purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated and paid. BandzOn reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, incomplete address, or for any other legitimate reason.

Payment
Payments must be made online using the payment methods available on the website. Orders are shipped only after payment has been validated.

Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code for micro-enterprises). Shipping fees are indicated at checkout.

Cancellation and changes
Once the order has been confirmed and paid, it may not always be possible to modify or cancel it. In case of an urgent request, please contact us as soon as possible at bandzon@bandzon.fr.

Returns and exchanges

• Standard products: you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund (excluding return shipping costs).

Liability
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, BandzOn cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or damage.
